Ingen chance for at jeg nogensinde fik skruet ned ned over mig.

I made a simple refashion with panels at each side.
I measured from the hem up to the armpit and on to the sleeve hem. That is the length of the panels (+ seam allowance).

I cut up the T-shirt at the sideseams and sleeve seams. Then I put it on and measured where it gaped the most. That is the width of the panels (+ seam allowance + a few cm to move).
I hemmed the short edges before I sewed the panels on.
I used my overlocker to sew the panels on, but if you don’t have such one, you can use a zigzag stitch with 3 in stitch length and 1 in stitch width.
I was very surprised at the strong visual impact the black panels make. I hadn’t anticipated it, but i love it.
I feel a bit like a french mimer with the shirt on
Tak Christina 🙂
Elaina, I just added a bit more information about how I did the refashion and what to do, if you don't have an overlocker.
Hello! Greetings from Michigan! I have a question for you. When you sew with this kind of stretch material, what kind of stitch are you using? Or, are you using a serger? The material looks so nice on the sides and not at all puckered or wavy.
Wauw! Flot!
